Diet without Renunciation
Shortly about diet:
Please, remember about it, that slenderizing is ( in each manner ) just as hurricane proceeding through organism. That is why, the main task of physician leading patient through such metabolic storm, is to make this process crossed gently. It is necessary to eat healthily, in order to have correct metabolism. Losing weight at present surcharge or overweight is effect of „ repair ” metabolism.for patient the most important is to decrease weight of his body. For physician - correct metabolism. But the most important is that they both achieved their aims, best one and in tasty addition manner.
Almoust each diet is connected with decreasing mass of bodybut also it bears risk of pronouncement of different ineligible appearance as we do not supply organism of essential amount of mineral salt and vitamins. In general it results from non-compliance for recommendations of diets or with its bad „ construction ”. often during those slenderizing diets it comes for attenuation of structure of bone and ponds and for deterioration state of tooth. Many people complain of headache, physical attenuation, dysentery, disturbances of concentrations and menory. That is why during using any kind of a diet it is obliged to consult your doctor at least once a month.
Diet relies on certain limitation of eaten carbohydrates ( sugar) at behavior of reasonable amount of white (protein) and fat.
This diet has 3 phases:
- First phase – fast lose weight, it is most rigorous - it lasts 7 days;
- Second phase – slow lose weight, it is less rigorous - it lasts longer, and causes solidifying of correct eateing habits;
- Third phase - maintenance of weight –normal nutrition state;
First principle of healthy nutrition is:
I do not hunger!
I do not hunger, which signifies, that I do not escape the feeling of hunger, when for example during the day , between meals I feel like eating something, I just search for something healthy. So, it is good to have always with you some small but very fullfiling meal like , e.g. nuts. If the feeling of hunger comes to you at a very late evening, you should eat something light. Using this DIET WITHOUT RENUNCIATION you can eat after 6 pm and still loose your weight.
Why it is not obliged to be hungered ( except from planned remedial hunger strike )?
Because during hungering:
- Organism incinerates protein, that is not advisable ( loss of muscle mass);
- It is possible to cause considerable decrease of concentrating sugar in blood, then that can expire loosing control, decay, and even injury
- Compulsion of eating of snap is fabricated in persons mind, ( eating a bar of chocolate or anything else) ,to eat very fast and usually in big amounts.
- Concentrating of sugar in blood grows after such assault of feed on moment, then it drops fastly and situation is repeated .
EXAMPLES OF RECIPES
I have served several recipes on meals below in order to demonstrate state, that dieting can and it is obliged to be nice. Chosen examples are simple for execution and preparation of those meals should not take a lot of time.
BREAKFASTS:
Eggs stuffed with mushroom paste
Cut across 3 cooked eggs, excavate yolk;
Stuffing: mix and stir together 1 yolk, 2 simmered mushrooms, half of thinny cuted onion, seasonings for taste ( salt,pepper, mustard, a bit of without sugar mayonnaise)
Curls
- put thin slice of cheese into thinn slice of ham, 2 pieces of tomato and one spoon of without sugar mayonnaise
- put thin slice of cheese into thinn slice of ham, ½ of pickled cucumber, one spoon of without sugar mayonnaise
Cottage cheese
Mix 150 g of white cheese with 2 spoons of natural yoghurt, or cream; add half of chives wisp or 3 radishes, or quarter of onion, salt for savor.
DINNERS:
Soups
Here are examples of thick soups, which can suffice for whole dinner for one person or half of for two people.
Muschroom soup
1 spoon of butter melt on small fire, not to burn, then add slightly choped half of onion, add 50 ml of water or „ thin ” consommé, add 400 g of cuted into small pieces muschrooms, and simmer under covering for 10 minutes. At the and we add 4 spoons of yoghurt (or cream) and salt and pepper for better taste.
Leek soup with cheese
Cut off dark green leaves from average 3 leeks, and bright ones cut into adhesive tapes of 0,5 cm thick. 1 spoon of butter melt on small fire and you can eventually add half of slightly choped quarter of onion, add 50 ml of water or „ thin ” consommé, add adhesive tapes of leek and simmer tehm untill they will get tender, add half of melted cheese (about 50 g) and mix.
Leek soup with cauliflower
Cut off dark green leaves from average 3 leeks, and bright ones cut into adhesive tapes of 5 mm thick. 1 spoon of butter melt on small fire and you can eventually add half of slightly choped quarter of onion, add 50 ml of water or „ thin ” consommé, add adhesive tapes of leek and simmer tehm untill they will get tender, add quarter of small, cooked cauliflower and mix.
II dishes
Meet (as the main course), with salad from white cole. You can cook, roast or fry – it depends on your taste. Cut 200 g of white cole, add salt and a bit of pepper, stir it, wait about 10 minutes, add natural yoghurt or mayonnaise sauce.
Bloody beefsteak with salad "italian type"
Cut thickly 2 tomatoes, 1 cucumber, 2 – 3 scraps of celery, 1 green pepper; cut slightly half of onion; with a bit of salt crush 1 clove of garlic; add one by one spoon ofthyme, oregano, sweet basil and mix everything; 5 minutes before serving add 2 spoons of vinegar and stir; just before serving add 1 spoon of oil from olives and stir; at the end fry shortly 2 steaks on small amount of oil, salt meat on end.
Rissole (without bread roll) with cheese and spinach
Melt 200 g of meet and half of onion, add 1 egg, and some seasonnings for better taste ( salt, some pepper) and stir everything exactly; add to 400 g of mixed unfrozen spinach 50 ml of thin consommé, cause boiling slowly, often blending; add 1-2 with a bit of salt crushed cloves of garlic, about 100 g of moldy cheese, and cook untill cheese melt.
SUPPERS:
Dipped celery
Dip in prepared sauce 5 stems of celery; add to 150 ml of natural yoghurt very subtly cuteted ( without skin) cucumber, and with a bit of salt crushed clove of garlic; stir exactly.
Cucumber in yoghurt
Cut subtly exactly washed, but not peeled from skin, green cucmber; chop slighlty wisp of dill, and a half of wisp of chives; add salt and pepper, wait 5 minutes and overflow with 150 ml of natural yighurt; eat cooled;
Fast salad
Cut into big pieces: half of feta cheese wrap, 1 tomato, half of green pepper without pips, half of fresh cucumber; cut slightly half of onion; add seasonings like for example basil and stir everything exactly.
